Bill is a real professional.  It is obvious to me that he has been working with the public for a while.  He treated me with respect, while using his sense of humor (which was always in good taste).  He pointed out the features of the car without pushing me to make a deal.   He answered every question without hesitation.  He worked with me to make a car deal that was a win win situation for eveyone involved.
