We're not perfect........be we do care !

I drove over one hundred miles to see a "show room quality" vehicle.  When I got there, the truck had duct tape holding the fender flare on.  It also had rust on the bumpers, two things I have never seen in a show room.  I talked to a sales manager that informed me I was receiving a discounted price because I found the vehicle on the internet and he had to stay competitive so he posted competitive prices.  I went to see a truck with tow hooks, all around disc brakes, no rust, show room quality interior and exterior, one owner, never smoked in (don't mind the cigarette burns in the floor board, passenger front) and definitely with no duct tape.  When asked about these blemishes, the salesman dodged the questions, simply stating that the truck was a "specialty vehicle, that's why the price is what it is."  I could have got around the misleadings, if the salesman could have gotten around his pride and come down on the price.  I will never recommend buying a vehicle from HH Chevy to anyone, especially not a used one.  I don't care if they have been in business for 60 years (or 80, the salesman told me both).  Hopefully, H and H is "with me" on this review, and posts for everyone to read.

I've investigated your concerns with the various involved members on our team.  By what I've learned, I can see why you were upset.  The vehicle you were inquiring about was a very nice used truck.........but not brand new.  We did in fact sell it just days after you were in but I can see how we failed to meet YOUR expectation.

I've taken your situation and offered it up to our team as a training tool with respect to used vehicle promises.  We can NEVER promise a "never smoked in" vehicle and we can never promise a "show room" used truck or car for that matter.  New is new and used is used........and we just didn't perform adequately with you in this regard.

I really apologize for you dissatisfaction and though we try very hard to always do the right things for our customers.........we do make mistakes here and there.
