I walked in to inquire about any used vehicles about 3 or 4 weeks ago, after I had been in an accident 2 weeks after purchasing a Pontiac, John was the sales guy that has been such a help, he was not the typical salesperson trying to sell a car.

He made helping me his first priority, he only called me about cars he thought would be a good fit since im a single mom and need something reliable.

He is more of a friend than a salesman. If it wasn't for him being so wonderful, I would not have came back. Since I don't like most dealerships.

But H and H has outstanding sales people, who make customer service their everyday goal. I Was hoping to get a car here just because John is such a nice, honest person who has bent over backwards to try and find me a good car in my price range when other dealerships would not want to work with me.

He should be a valued member of your team!
