When I first came to H&H I wasn't expecting much, and on the first car I looked at we weren't able to make a deal.  But Duane called me back had some other ideas, knew my price range, and made something happen.  I probably wouldn't have come back had he not put the effort into calling me back and knowing what I was looknig for.
