Gary Fendrick is a pleasant gentleman who was able to answer all my questions carefully and quickly.  I really appreciated the follow-up he and Andy did on some hail damage to the Silverado when we found out about.  The vehicle was ready on time and the finance and sales processing process was easy.  The vehicle looked great when I picked it up --particularly the repaired damage.  That detail was the difference between me feeling  good about the deal vs. otherwise.
