I had a very good experience.  This is the first car I've ever purchased and would definitely purchase at H&H again.  John was charismatic and never pushy.  I had searched online before coming in and had a car in mind.  I did not inform John of this, but when I asked him for the price of the vehicle he quoted me exactly what I had seen online.  That experience gave me a lot of confidence in dealing with H&H and reassured me that I would be dealt with fairly.  Good Job!!! :-)

My only point I'd like to make is the open layout of your offices; makes privacy hard to have. When you are dealing with personal information privacy is imperative to a customer. During our paperwork process, our forms were taken to another cube with 5 employees talking to the manager while he was printing out our paperwork. This was very unprofessional and honestly made us rethink our purchase for a few minutes.

We love H & H and are thankful for all they do; please revisit the privacy of your customers and their information.

I walked in to inquire about any used vehicles about 3 or 4 weeks ago, after I had been in an accident 2 weeks after purchasing a Pontiac, John was the sales guy that has been such a help, he was not the typical salesperson trying to sell a car.

He made helping me his first priority, he only called me about cars he thought would be a good fit since im a single mom and need something reliable.

He is more of a friend than a salesman. If it wasn't for him being so wonderful, I would not have came back. Since I don't like most dealerships.

But H and H has outstanding sales people, who make customer service their everyday goal. I Was hoping to get a car here just because John is such a nice, honest person who has bent over backwards to try and find me a good car in my price range when other dealerships would not want to work with me.

He should be a valued member of your team!
