I was very impressed!!! I took my car in after hitting the horrible city potholes in omaha. All four tires and rims were destroyed. The people working in the body shop made sure everything with my insurance went smoothly. They then found that the noise in my car was my steering column(who knew) and told me it was covered under warranty. My car was there for only 4 days! They also helped me to get a loaner vehicle and made sure I was kept in the loop about every thing happening with my car! I'm a proud chevy owner, and H and H really knows the meaning of customer service!! thank you so much you don't really know how much you guys helped me just by being friendly. I will take my car back for all my maintenance and future repairs!!

I didn't know what was wrong with my car, so I brought it in and was greeted by Curt. He helped me discover the problem and I worked with JD for the rest of the time. Not only did Curt and JD help me fix the problem, they gave me a brand new part that helped complete the issue. They gave me a time limit to complete the issue and even had it done before that, and my car was washed. This service is why i buy all my cars at H&H. Everywhere I went in the building someone was ALWAYS willing to help me. JD helps me every time I go in and exceeds my expectations every time. Thank you JD and Curt for making me completely satisfied. :)
