Bo was extremely pleasant to work with and I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a car for the first time; however, I do believe the process is too long and tedious.  If the paperwork could be submitted electronically instead of manually it would cut time and money costs for your employees and therefore, your customers.

We traded our car that we got 3 years ago from here for a truck.  Brought over the phone from Bo.  We were in Washington at the time.  He was able to answer all our questions at the time, plus gave us a great buy.  Bo wasn't here the day  we got here talked to Steve which was nice.  Alex helped us when we came in and had the truck brought up front.  Pat came out while we were looking at it and took time to explain allot of things about it.  He did a good job.  Bo was very easy to work.

I had an exceptional ordering experiencing with H&H.  I had been working with several dealerships via email to narrow down my choices and Bo was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions.  When the time came to place the order the ordering process went very quickly because Bo had been so thorough in answering my questions via email.  Besides the great email correspondence H&H also came back with the best price.  So be price, and best customer service, I couldn't go wrong.  H&H is definitely a place everyone should consider when buying a Chevy, and now Kia too.
