Chris Lidgett and H & H Chevrolet are fantastic!  I always believed the statement "if it looks too good to be true then it is."  After four months of looking for a truck I came across H & H Chevrolet and Mr. Chris Lidgett.  As I was browsing the dealership website I was invited to Instant Message Mr. Lidgett.  I decided to "speak" with him online.  There were a couple of trucks that had caught my eye, especially their features and the price.  I had previously been looking at purchasing a used truck, because I was not willing to pay almost $40,000 for a new truck.  Mr. Lidgett and I "conversed" online for over an hour.  He was very patient and professional.  He answered all my never ending questions.  He then was kind enough to email me the build lists of the two new trucks I was interested in.  My husband and I reviewed the two trucks and the prices that were quoted.  The trucks had all the features we wanted and more.  The price for each one was so good, it concerned us.  So, I emailed Chris Lidgett with more and more questions.  He answered all my questions and concerns.  He took the time to explain how H & H Chevrolet did their pricing and this is why I could get a Brand New truck for thousands less then a used one.  Even though this dealership was over 200 miles from my house we decided to purchase one of the trucks.  Thanks to Chris Lidgett and H & H Chevrolet the statement "if it looks too good to be true then it is" has been proven false.  Thank you so very much Chris for all your help and patience.

I brought my vehicle in for a transmission problem.  Test driven they felt slippage put in fluid problem magical cured?  Typical

They found several other items that need address however not under warranty.

I left knowing I made a major mistake bringing my vehicle in for work at this facility.  Re-enforced my concept if you bring your vehicle to a dealer you will leave feeling unhappy.

I really felt that you were satisfied when you left last Friday. In the end I m glad you posted your review. I have reviewed your bill from 4-15-2010 and we made a mistake. The left front wheel hub should have been covered under your power train warranty. The cost for that repair was $540.60. You have a $200.00 deductible leaving $340.60 that we will be refunding to you. I am so sorry we failed to catch this on Friday. It is our job and we let you down. I hope your transmission is performing well. I would like to discuss it with you to make sure you have no questions about the warranty that covers your vehicle.

We have been in the car market for about two months now.  Other dealerships were trying to hassle us, and we didn't feel comfortable with them or trust them.  H&H exceeded our expectations for customer service.  They even agreed to bring the car down to us as we live about 60 miles away.  We will be returning to H&H for future vehicle purchases.  I would recommend H&H to anymore in the market for a new car.

I was very impressed!!! I took my car in after hitting the horrible city potholes in omaha. All four tires and rims were destroyed. The people working in the body shop made sure everything with my insurance went smoothly. They then found that the noise in my car was my steering column(who knew) and told me it was covered under warranty. My car was there for only 4 days! They also helped me to get a loaner vehicle and made sure I was kept in the loop about every thing happening with my car! I'm a proud chevy owner, and H and H really knows the meaning of customer service!! thank you so much you don't really know how much you guys helped me just by being friendly. I will take my car back for all my maintenance and future repairs!!
