I love the car, I knew it was mine when I saw it on the lot. But getting it turned into a two day process. The first day was a little disappointing as there were several misunderstandings and some information was given to me that was incorrect. I walked out after waiting for an hour for information and then having an employee (not Spencer) tell me SIT DOWN I will get to you when I have time. Realizing that walking out without communicating, was not productive nor would it resolve anything I came back to tell Spencer thank you for the time that he had spent but that I felt that this was not going to happen tonight. The next day I was contacted by Andy who talked to me and let me express my frustration with what should have been a very easy transaction. I agreed to come back in. I love the car and Spencer was fantastic... it was because of him that I agreed to come back the second day.
