We purchased our Cadillac CTS last year from H & H in Omaha, Nebraska, and our sales person, Bo Regard, did a fine job in selling us this car. 

 

Recently, after our Cadillac sustained the woes of a brutal Nebraska winter, we decided to have it detailed and touched-p back at the Dealership, H & H Chevrolet, in Omaha, Nebraska.  It had some nicks and scratches we wanted fixed.

 

We contacted Bo to let him know what we wanted done.  He got right on it and set up an appointment for us to come in with the car.  Since it was an "all-day" event our Cadi was to endure, he automatically had a car waiting for us to take in the interim until our car was fixed. 

 

It ended up taking a couple days to get the whole thing done - between coordinating with the body guy and the detail crew.  Of course, Bo stayed in touch with us the whole time keeping us updated on the progress of the car and when we could expect it to be finished. 

 

Additionally, we have had our car in to H & H's Service Department a couple of times now for oil changes.  Each times we have brought it in, the folks in the Service Department have been so friendly and helpful and are always happy to take care of us. 

 

This is our 3rd car with H & H Chevrolet.  Frankly, because they take care of us so well, we don't feel a need to go anywhere else!  When we are looking for a new vehicle, we come here!  We know we will get a good, honest deal and we know the car we go home in will be a good one!  Above all, we have the confidence in knowing that if, for some reason, there is any problem at all with the vehicle that may have slipped under the "radar screen", we know H & H will take care of the problem, and not just leave us hanging.

 

It is that type of service that has earned our business and our trust.  Simply put, that's why we come here and don't go to "mom and pop" lots to buy our cars!  We will continue to come to H & H because they provide impeccable service and make good, honest car sales. 

 

Kudos to H & H Chevrolet in Omaha, Nebraska.  We need more "H & H's" in the business!!!!!
