John was outstanding, answered all my questions, and helped to make things happen.  All the associated persons involved contributed to making this transaction one of the better experiences I have had at a car dealership. 

I felt welcomed, and was not treated in a patronizing or disrespectful way - this cannot be said for other dealerships in the area!!!

When the first deal is the best deal, you'll make sales.  When the first deal is less than your best, you won't earn repeat customers.  Thanks for operating above the level that other Chevy dealers in the metro area seem to be stuck at!
