John was great and helped us out on both trips in. We thank him for his help.

My only point I'd like to make is the open layout of your offices; makes privacy hard to have. When you are dealing with personal information privacy is imperative to a customer. During our paperwork process, our forms were taken to another cube with 5 employees talking to the manager while he was printing out our paperwork. This was very unprofessional and honestly made us rethink our purchase for a few minutes.
