I first came in and worked with Martyn Myers. He was very helpful and found a good vehicle for me. I came back later in the day to purchase the vehicle. At that time, Martyn was with other customers. Instead, Nick took over and helped out. Unfortunately, another customer was interested in the same vehicle. As Nick was helping, the other customer was told about my interest by some other sales guy. This knowledge was used to leverage the other customer when I was definately going to purchase the vehicle. I don't care for this practice and Nick was sympathetic. Overall, we did find a good vehicle. Nick was great in this aspect. I liked my experience other than being used to make a sale for another sales guy.
