John was very polite and helpful.  I entered the lot and John approached me and introduced himself to me.  I told John I was on a time schedule and had to leave by 5 pm.  The current time was 1:27pm.  John, your outstanding finance team, and the details had us out of the Dealership before 5pm in our brand new 2011 Chevy Camaro.  I can not say enough good things about John.  Give that man a raise and don not let him get away from you.  Thanks for your time.
