I have been very pleased with Mark's knowledge of the vehicle.  I don't like talking with a salesperson who doesn't know the cars he/she are selling.  Mark pleasantly surprised me with his knowledge and made the process of buying a vehicle definitely better since I didn't have to go look up the information myself.  He has been very courteous, and he even came in on his day off to get me the information I wanted.  Once I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I didn't want to tarry.  It has been a pleasure working with Mark to purchase my vehicle.  I definitely would recommend him to a friend!
