Duane has been the sole reason for coming back to H & H after shopping around.  I put a lot of effort into searching around for the best deal.  I think I found not only a good deal but a very professional and respectful salesperson in Duane through the process.  In the process of negotiating, there are times I wanted to walk away but Duane's attitude and integrity kept me here. 

Though it will be a different department, Duane's impression left me planning to have all my oil changes and service done here at H & H as well.  I can't say enough about Duane's work and personality!
