Both good and bad

I'll be blunt. I'm torn. I think, overall, I'm leaving here with a good car. I don't think some of the 'extra' things went my way, and I think that's why I'm not really excited right now - I'm a bit down. 1- I'm not in the car I want to be in. I want to be in an Impala, but we couldn't make that happen, so I'm driving off the Chevy lot with a Ford. That kinda sucks. I was ready for a Chevy. 2- I'm a bit miffed at the $200 documentation fee. That's a lot. 3- I'm not sure all of the car issues were worked out quite right. There was an issue with the driver's door (of course, the door I'll use all the time) and I'm leaving the lot realizing that I'll have to fix this. It's sticking. That couldn't be resolved? Also, the driver's window motor is bad. It's fine that it can't be fixed here, or whatever, but it's just unfortunate.

In sum, I'm not sure I'll come back to H&H. I guess we'll see. The people were nice here, I'm not down on them, persay. Maybe it's just the car industry. I'm not really sure. I guess we'll see what happens when I'm ready to buy a new car.

I can tell that you REALLY wanted to drive out with a brand new car.  Frankly, we too want you to be satisfied and wished we could have put that deal together for you.  Your Ford is a good car and my hope is that it will help your life be easier rather than more difficult.  After all, we are here to provide transportation solutions ! 

I apologize that your Ford is just not quite right and to let you know that we will take care of (no charge to you) the problem with the door and the problem with the window motor.  We want that all to be right.  Before typing this, I asked our Used Vehicle Manager to personally call you.  In fact, you should have already been contacted.

Finally, please write down my direct line.  It is 596-2727.  If in the future, you have anything at all concerning you about your Ford or otherwise have a question, please call me personally.  All of us here at H&H (including me) are here to help our customers.
