I cannot say enough positive things about the gang at H and H. Not only did my wife and I have a great experience buying our vehicle, but when a service issue came up a few months later, the service team was phenomenal to work with. They took care of EVERYTHING and were so professional and curteous, I can say without hesitation that I will be recommending this company to everyone. Chris in the service department was always responsive and truly went the extra mile to take care of us, and that's something you don't find very often these days. No hassle, great people, and wonderful results.

brought truck in for rear springs popping,told service writer you could squzze springs together with your hands,truck had 400 miles on it,told him grease will not solve my problem,they greased rear springs and drove truck problem solved.i drove truck 6 miles and noise was back,was very dissapointed when i picked up my truck,chris tried to contact me the next day but had no desire to talk to him,truck has 1100 miles on it now altenator discharges sometimes and the front windshield now is rattling now,this truck is a dissapointment and i will not bring it back to you for any repairs.

 I am very sorry that we've been unable to repair your truck to your satisfaction.  I certainly realize you bought a new vehicle to have less problems, not more.  To that end, I’d sure like to help you.
 From reviewing your file, I suspect the cause of your leaf springs squeaking is related to rustproof over-spray on the leafs themselves.  I quick visual inspection would tell me.  Sometimes this is difficult (though not impossible) to remove. 
 You also commented about a lack of stiffness with your leaf springs.  That would NOT be caused by the over spray and I really do feel it’s important for us to inspect and determine the depth of that issue.
 I realize you've indicated you do not want to bring your vehicle back to us.  I understand and would like to personally involve myself to satisfy you.  We will of course provide you with a loaner vehicle and make the experience as positive as possible.  In the alternative, if you’d like to visit another Chevrolet dealership, we’d even offer to contact the dealership of your choice and help arrange repairs with them.  Bottom line Ed, we really want you to be satisfied with your new truck.

H&H Body Shop goes above and beyond for Omaha Customer

Brian from the body shop was excellent in understanding with my accident I was in the hospital to find and get a brain tumor removed. They came and got the car and had it delivered to me in perfect condition. They went beyond the norm to help me due to my situation. I would recommend them to anyone for bodywork.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT KEITH SMITH AT: HH CHEV. SERVICE. DURING MY RECENT VISIT ON 01/11/2011 TO HAVE A REPAIR THAT WAS A RECALL ON MY CHEV COBALT (06) BLACK TWO DOOR. THE RECALL WAS ON POWER STEERING MOTOR AND DURING THE REPAIR NOTICED THAT I HAD OTHER PROBLEMS THAT I ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT. KEITH SAID THAT THE REPAIR WAS NO CHARGE AND I WAS SO HAPPY TO HEAR THAT. THE CAR HAD 35,000 AND WAS OUT OF THE REGULAR CAR WARR. KEITH DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS HOWEVER, DID DO THIS. I WILL DO MORE BUSINESS WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THIS IN THE FUTURE.

We fell short.....but we are listening.

The form says Keith Smith--not on your list.  He just relayed the info though.  In the last year or so I have been very unhappy with the service I've received from H&H.  I have had repairs done that cost a great deal and either I've had to bring back many times or it never actually took care of the problem.  This time I bring my truck in because my windshield wiper fluid is leaking.  I had it replaced in January at a cost of $273.  Was told it would cost another $200 now because my battery was leaking and corroded the line and caused it to leak.  $200 for a 1 foot piece of tube.  They said it was because of labor.  Took it to an auto repair shop.  We looked at the battery.  Not leaking.  The corrosion they saw was from the windshield washer fluid itself.  Bought a piece of tubing and replaced in a few minutes myself.  Cost was $1.57.  I feel I've been totally ripped off every time I've brought my truck  there.  Won't happen again.  I'm going to be buying a new truck soon, but it won't be from H&H.   Jerry Becker

First off I want to thank you for choosing H&H Chevrolet to take care of your Service needs.  I really do apologize that we haven’t given you the service that you expected over the last year. 

There are times that things just don’t make sense to any of us.  In this case, GM offered a hose assembly that was a molded plastic hose, and not your typical rubber washer hose.  I can’t tell you why for sure that normal washer fluid hose was not offered by GM, but then again, I am not the GM engineer that decided this.  In this case, the molded hose was $60.89.  The labor to put this hose in according to All Data Estimating system was $138.60.  I completely understand that you could just splice a piece of rubber on the molded pipe, and we really should have offered you that lower cost repair instead of the part replacement that was recommended in the GM manual.  For this, I apologize.  Sometimes we get focused on what is the repair recommendation by the factory when we should do a better job of understanding that some customers don't want or don't need that type of repairs.

I can tell you that I have spoken with this particular technician, and because of your comments will be more open minded to what repair is right for what situation.
